IceBear Release Readiness is run by Martin Puškáč (IceBear s.r.o.). This page explains what happens to the information you submit on this site.

What we collect

The pilot application form on the Apply page asks for your name, work email, company, product or service, upcoming release date, the flow you’d like reviewed, staging-environment availability, and any optional notes. Beyond what you type there, the form reads the IP address a submission comes from and holds it in memory for about a minute, purely to stop bots flooding the form. It isn’t written to disk and isn’t attached to your application. We don’t use cookies, analytics, or any third-party trackers on this site.

What happens to it

Submitting the form sends two emails via Gmail: one to Martin, containing your answers, so he can review the application; and one back to the email address you provided, confirming we received it. There is no database — the information lives only in those email inboxes, the same as if you’d emailed us directly. Google acts as the email delivery provider for both messages.

Hosting

This site is hosted on Vercel, which keeps standard request logs — including IP addresses — as part of serving traffic. Vercel is a US company, so that request data is handled outside the EU. We don’t use those logs for analytics and don’t build any profile from them.

Client report links

If you’ve been sent a link to a report on this site, it’s access-key gated rather than login-protected, and viewing it doesn’t submit any data back to us.

Your rights

We keep application emails as long as normal business correspondence, and don’t share them with anyone beyond Google as the mail provider and Vercel as the host. To see, correct, or delete what we hold about you, email martin@icebear.sk and we’ll take care of it.
